Brad joined CAP91 as a Senior Advisor in 2024. Brad has been in the private equity industry from the limited partner side for almost 30 years.
Most recently, Brad served as Co-CIO of Global Private Markets at Mercer Investments, where he advised on and managed $210 billion in global private markets following Mercer’s acquisition of The Pavilion Group in 2018. Prior to Mercer, Brad served as Managing Director of Global Advisory Services at Pavilion following its acquisition of Altius in 2016. In 2004, he joined Altius Associates, a London based private equity advisor and fund of funds, as the Managing Director of US Investments and became Altius’ Co-CEO in 2013. Brad was instrumental in the significant growth of Altius over this time period.
In 2000, Brad joined the MIT endowment in Boston, where he was the Director of Private Equity and a member of the GP for the MIT Private Equity Fund. He began his private equity career at Spider Management (the University of Richmond endowment) in 1996.
Brad graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1985 with a BA in History and Wake Forest University in 1995 with an MBA in Finance.
